Social Action Movement with the support of NGOs in Kanniyakumari District organized a programme to celebrate World NGO Day 2024 on 27.02.2024 at 4pm in RUC office at Parvathipuram. Mr. Ram Kumar District Convenor started the programme with welcome address. 24 NGO representatives participated in the programme
During the programme, all the NGO representatives shared their best practices and activities which implemented in their NGOs. Then NGO directors discussed about the theme (Building a Sustainable Future: The Role of NGOs in Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for the World NGO Day 2024. Ms. D. Cathrine participated and explained about a Sustainable Development Goals in the form of a Story. Finally, the programme ended with vote of thanks.
